Doug DeCarlo helps employers gain a competitive advantage through innovative employee benefits strategies, healthcare cost containment, and proactive compliance solutions. As an Employee Benefits Consultant with Reagan Companies, he partners with organizations to reduce costs, manage risk, and build benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Before entering the benefits industry, Doug spent more than a decade in hospitality, service, and real estate, earning a nomination in 2015 for one of the industry’s most prestigious service awards. He also competed professionally in mini-tour golf events, including the Florida Open Championship from 2014–2016.
Doug is a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), New York State Golf Association (NYSGA), and Syracuse District Golf Association (SDGA).
Outside of work, Doug enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and his three dogs.
