Fran began his career in the surety industry in 1995 as a bond underwriter with The Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland (Zurich Surety). He joined the Reagan Companies in 2003 and holds the position of Bond Manager. Fran is a Past President of the Surety Association of Syracuse, is a Past President of the Western Onondaga Youth Soccer Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Camillus Youth Hockey Association. Fran is currently a USA Hockey referee. Fran lives in Syracuse with his wife Kathy and their three children.
